On the evening of 23rd June 2016, a ceremony was held in Bonn for the world’s largest innovation award for technology, sports and lifestyle products. Over 350 guests enjoyed the ceremony, which awarded prize winners with the 2016 Seal of Approval.
Host and President of the Plus X Award, Donat Brandt, greeted numerous top decision makers from industry and commerce as well as selected personalities from society, media and politics in the dignified atmosphere of the first German Bundestag assembly room. The imposing stage, under the gaze of an orange-lit federal eagle, against a backdrop of impressively illuminated surroundings provided the perfect setting for the Plus X Award Night 2016.
The Plus X Award specialist jury selected the VARIA planter by DEGARDO, which had already been awarded the Red Dot Design Award 2016, for 4 categories:
